Aluminum Cold Tandem Rolling Project(Double-stand rolling mill) for the technical transformation project of Southwest Aluminum Cold Tandem Rolling Co., Ltd. of China Aluminum Corporation. The formal signing of the project indicates that the technical transformation project of Southwest Aluminum Cold Tandem Rolling has entered a substantial implementation stage.

The Southwest Aluminum Cold Tandem Rolling Project is another major measure for China Aluminum Corporation to implement the leap-forward development of aluminum processing strategy following the “1+4” hot rolling project. It is the only newly-built Aluminum Cold Rolling Mill in the world in the past 13 years. The production line is also our country’s advanced high-precision aluminum cold rolling line with the world’s advanced level. The project was officially started construction in April 2006.
